Experienced Biochemist with pharmaceutical industrial, research and teaching experience that include Drug and Bioassay development, Molecular Biology, Illumina Sequencing, NanoString Technology, Protein Chemistry, Immunochemistry, LC/MS and Cell-based Assays . Skilled in Cancer Research, Team-building, Leadership , education and training. Strong research professional with a PhD in Chemistry (Biochemistry major, Analytical Chemistry minor).
Currently involved in development of Biopharm Chemistry Manufacturing controls and Drug development utilizing diverse techniques with Cell-based assays, Flow Cytometry, Immunochemistry and qPCR among others. I utilize tools such as Biacore Technology., QuantStudio, ELISA,BD FACS Lyric Flow cytometer among others. I also have developed genomic assays using cells, clinical samples that include blood, urine and FFPE human tissues with Illumina NGS and Nanostring gene expression technologies among others.
