Associate professor at University of Lay Adventists of Kigali with a Ph.D in Information Systems from the University of Greenwich and 15+ years of experience in academia and technology innovation. Previously served as Director of Quality Assurance at International University of Equator and Head of ICT at UMMA University, where I was recognized as Best Lecturer (2020-2021).
