This invitation is deeply personal to me. After nearly thirty years across nursing, healthcare administration, health policy, and corporate strategy, I am intentionally building a life and body of work centered on meaningful contribution and well-being.

To me, flourishing means having the health, relationships, purpose, joy, and stability to participate fully in our lives and to shape our shared future. It also means contributing what we know and who we are while helping create the conditions that enable others to do the same. We can't flourish alone. Our growth depends on the relationships and responsibilities that connect and empower us.
